Short Message Service SMS
Short Message Service (SMS) - this service allows the user of a GSM mobile telephone to send and receive short texts messages consisting of up to 160 characters. The language of the short text message is defined by the user.Every GSM phone user in the T-Mobile GSM network is able to receive incoming short text messages from anywhere.
Short Message Service allows you to send messages of up to 160 characters to any other mobile telephone in any GSM network supporting this service. Upon receipt of the sent message it appears on the display of the receiving party’s telephone.
Short text message (GSM telegram) may be written, i.e. keyed, directly from the keyboard of your mobile phone. You are recommended to read the instructions for use of this service in the user manual of your MT before you start using the service. The way text messages are supported in an MT (i.e. reading, writing and storing messages) differs from phone to phone.
Voice-Mail Service
With Voice-Mail Service you will not loose any important information or call.T-Mobile will set up for you a Voice-Mailbox, which will collect calls not taken by you for the following reasons:
- if you are Not Reachable (either your phone is turned off or you are located outside of the area with signal coverage)
- if you do not answer the call - No Reply
- if you are Busy
- both service activation and usage are free of charge
- retrieval of messages for the Voice-Mailbox is free of charge (applies only to service users with monthly Price Plans when calling from their own phones
Missed Calls
This service provides you an overview of the parties that called you:- when your phone was turned off,
- when you were located outside of the area with signal coverage,
- when you had activated diverting of all calls to your Voice-Mailbox and the calling
party left no message in it.
Maximum number of SMS that you can get in one lot is 5. SMS containing information on missed calls lists calls not older than 2 days.
Activation of this service is automatic and free of charge for all T-Mobile customers.
Diverting Incomming Calls
These services are used for diverting incoming calls to your phone according to defined conditions. Any expected incoming call may be diverted to some other mobile phone, fixed-line phone or to Voice-Mail service. GSM system offers four divert options that may be used separately or concurrently (with the exception of immediate divert). You control the service settings via the menu of the respective mobile telephone or by sending a specific instruction. In the case of diverting calls, the diverted part of the call is chargeable. However, the activation or deactivation of call divert service is free of charge.Conference Call
If you want to handle more than one active calling party simultaneously you can add more calling parties (maximum 5) by using the Conference Call service.SMS Info
SMS Info service is able to provide you with all kinds of information retrieved from web-based information databases in an SMS format. You simply send to the number 123 a short text message consisting of the code of the requested information plus respective parameters. Within seconds after its dispatching you will receive a message containing the requested information on your mobile phone.Currently, due to the free activation of services allowing short message sending and receiving, the SMS Info service is available to every mobile phone user in the T-Mobile GSM network - including Easy users. Only the usage of the service is subject to charges driven by the number and contents of the sent and received short text messages.
SIM Toolkit Technology
With the support of SIM Toolkit technology all information is listed in a user-friendly menu allowing simple and convenient search and selection of the information or service you need. Your mobile phone will prompt you to provide the parameters necessary for searching the information you want and within seconds you will receive it directly on the display of your phone.
Call hold
Call Hold service enables you to put on hold a call that is in progress, while you make or answer a second call, and then come back to the first call.Restriction of Calls in Slovakia
These services allow you to restrict incoming and outgoing calls. There are five call restriction options that may be chosen from the menu of your MT or by sending a specific instruction. The call restriction code or password is allocated upon service ordering and it is preset as 0000.- Restriction of all outgoing calls
- Restriction of outgoing international calls
- Restriction of outgoing international calls except calls to Slovakia
- Restriction of all incoming calls
- Restriction of all incoming calls when you are abroad (roaming)

To make international calls at even lower rates T-Mobile Slovensko offers a service named T-Mobile InterCall 33.To make an international call using this service just dial “33” instead of the normally used “+” or “00”. Example: instead of 00420 2 8765 4321 dial 33420 2 8765 4321.

Local Info
Local Info provides the customer with information about the location he/she is currently in. Name of the location can be based on the generally known geographic position (e.g. name of a town district, name of a city, etc.). The information is automatically displayed on the mobile phone display.Information about names of locations where a T-Mobile customer is currently located is available almost anywhere in the entire territory of the Slovak Republic. Visitors of all regional capitals can see on their displays the name of the town district or housing estate, or even more detailed information about their current location. In other cities only the name of the city or village is displayed. There is also a special service for tourists - information about an approaching border crossing.
The Local Info is supported by almost all mobile phones (except older types, such as Nokia 1611, Nokia 2110, Nokia 3110 or Philips Fizz).
Local Info is free of charge.
Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)
Life is full of adventures and images. T-Mobile offers you the unique possibility to share them with your loved ones. MMS messages allow you to share your most beautiful experiences with your friends.There are numerous possibilities how to use the MMS service!
You can send just about anything you can think of*:
- colour digital photographs
- logos and screensavers
- sound recordings (also from the mobile phone’s dictating machine)
- standard ringing tones
- polyphonic melodies and ringing tones (MIDI, WAV)
- text (at least 6 times more text than via an SMS)
- multi-picture documents with timing
